I create my jewelry with love in hopes that you will enjoy it, however, if for some reason you don't, please contact me at [email protected] and you have 10 business days to return your item in the same condition you received it, and you will receive your full refund or exchange for same product. We do not accept returns or broken items purchased through retailers that sell CanDid Art so please contact the store in which you purchased the item for assistance.

REPAIRS
CanDid Art warrants that all jewelry will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. CanDid Artwill repair the item without charge or replace it with an equivalent product if a defect arises during the warranty period. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear, or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services. In the case of such damage, CanDid Art may offer the service of repair at a modest cost. For jewelry purchased at one of CanDid Art authorized retailers please contact the retailer directly for their specific policy.
